Sentio Insight, a work environment measurement developed by Rune & Berg Design, answers the question, “Does the office work?” The measurement is at its best when implemented repeatedly, as Vaisala has used it: measurements were taken at Vaisala’s Vantaa and Keilaranta offices in 2022 and 2024 to validate the changes made based on the new hybrid concept.
The first measurement showed the relative importance of the work environment elements and validated that the hybrid concept focuses on the right things. It confirmed that the changes designed to diversify the types of spaces, the comfort of the spaces and common practices are important for staff and worth investing in.

A re-measurement of Sentio Insight in early summer 2024 showed an 11-20% increase in the performance of both offices, confirming the solutions’ success. For example, the convenience of online meetings increased by 31%, and the ability to choose the right office space for your sound level rose by 38%.
